Okay, so we have a photography crush on Rebecca Freemantle.
Her use of color and portrait collides in such an effortless and cool way. She shares a little about herself and her project below.
“I’m a film photographer from Cape Town studying Design for Art Direction at University of the Arts in London and currently wrapping up my second photography book about non-permanency within how youthful women think based upon the temporary lives they construct for themselves.
This project was such a beautiful time in my life! I wanted to photograph people close to me before I moved to London so my friend, Keara and I created neon lighting by hand one afternoon and started messing about. We made a Facebook status for anyone wanting to join in and after that, my apartment just became this beautiful, collaborative studio space where over thirty creatives just hung out and discussed life for two months.”
